An update to FCPX for new retina screen MacBook Pros but the Mac Pro just gets a quiet update on the Mac Store
A mix of excitement and disappointment after this year's Worldwide Developer Conference in San Francisco this year. The new MacBook Pro with a retina display running an updated Final Cut Pro looks gorgeous, but same form factor MacPros without Thunderbolt are a bit of a letdown.

Go with your underlit shot, and trust that the darkness reflects the mood you want to evoke? Well, here's the low budget answer thanks to Robino Films. More after the break.
