Sony launch XMPilot an iPad app that lets you log shots as you shoot for direct ingest into Final Cut Pro bins

Storyboard Composer HD now available for the iPad

When the iPhone version of this storyboard creation app was launched, we thought it was pretty cool but maybe the size of the iPhone made everything a bit fiddly to work. Now Cinemek have released a version that also works on the iPad which gives the app a new lease of life with the extra real estate.

FCPX on the iPad

Whoa! hang on, don't spit your coffee out, this isn't a standalone Final Cut Pro X app running on an iPad, it's actually FCPX running remotely. We've seen this before but here Matts Macintosh shows us how well the GUI would work if FCPX was an iPad app. Interesting and frightening.
