There are a bunch of little things I figure out everyday that I want to share, but I don't want to clutter up the other forum areas and there isn't really an appropriate place for stupid little tips like " for an easier way to stay organized, create a smart collection that will automatically populate with all multicam clips" and other simple one liners like that.

Just a place to post things that we either learn, or that might be obvious to most people, but not new users or just stuff not everyone knows. FCPX can get pretty advanced and there are tons of little tricks to make the editing workflow better. With all the editors here, I think we could compile a really cool section.

What do you think?

I was just thinking that a tips section would just be for shorter tips, just little things we do every day as part of our normal workflow, so it's not really a detailed tutorial as much as just quick one liners.

I get that it's a pretty similar idea, but I think of those tutorials more like how the software works, and this tips forum would be more about how WE use the software.
