Hey guys having a rough time with some function in FCPX. I've deleted a video session from the Movies folder on my system drive in Mac Sierra and the project icon keeps showing up in the left tool bar when I launch FCPX and giving me a window saying that something is corrupt. I don't understand where it is seeing this project from it has been totally deleted off the computer and when I do a search for it it doesn't show up anywhere. When I right click on it it does not give me the option to Move To Trash. What is up? It always does this but usually after a few restarts of FCPX the alert and the project go away. I have no idea what to do, I've googled it and all it says is to send to trash but I can't. I have been on FC for years and this new FCPX is kind of a bummer to me, very complicated and convoluted. Maybe I'm just doing some things wrong. Not sure. I'll attach the alert. Thanks

James

Couple of things. It looks like you've opened a backup copy of the library. Did you mean to do that?

It also looks as if one of the events is corrupted. You can sometimes fix this by going into the library bundle and thrashing the flexolibrary file.

You can reset the application to it's default state by holding Opt-Cmd as you launch the application. That will open a default Untitled library,
