hello

I work with different editors on the same project
I try to find a solution to share project (timeline) to another editor without duplicate the multicam ,
exemple
I send a projet (timeline) another editor , when he'll send me back I will have 2 different multicams in my event

I tried copy from library, XML, move ... all same

Are the editors remote or on sharing storage? For the latter use Fonal Cut Library Opener. I assume in either way you’re working with external media. To work remotely it’s brst I think to use transfer libraries. Make a new library. In the original library copy the multicam project into a new event. Move the event with the copied multicam project into the transfer library. Move the transfer library to the other editor and copy the event over into the working library.

we use one multicam of 9 hours duration to create episodes, different editor work on different episode , we use a transfer library to copy project (episode) but if I copy episode from another editor I'll have to multicam , duplicated
I'll try copy, move , xml all same

Do not copy the project. Copy an event that contains the project. Is that what you’re doing?

Hi Regis, I've run into the same issue in my project. Were you able to figure out a solution? Thanks
