Hi,

I'm doing some heavy weight masking which requires me to zoom in near the edge of the frames to move points manually. Unfortunately and annoyingly the hint telling me what number the Control Point is appears over the top of the point so I can't click the point to move it. So I have to zoom out to less than the size of the frame, e.g. 150% (on my set up) to get its appearance out of the way.

Is there any way I can turn these off, it's bugging me...

Many thanks
Colin :)

hmmm… played with diff. zoom levels and positions - can not re-enact, as you describe, that the popup covers the ctrl-point...

for a first workaround: you can click'n drag into the according X/Y field in theInspector of each point to change its position. Not as intuitive as an on-screen-control … but for a few points.-

I get that a lot, also. Very annoying. Wish they'd make it smart enough to not cover the point. Other controls with overlays do that. Heck, Finder menus do that.
