An hour and a half on the new features in the 10.0.3 update of Final Cut Pro X. Plus another episode where Mark and Steve build a slider, but maybe not the slider you think...
A couple of MacBreak Studios for you. The first one is the recording of the live show that discussed the new features of FCPX 10.0.3. The team of Mark Spencer, Steve Martin and Brian Gary take a look at reinking media, multicam editing, the new keyer and new controls for the colour board.
In the first 15 minutes, Brian Gary talks about his latest film production, after that the real FCPX info kicks in, although you'll miss his multicam anecdote by starting late. For us we thought that Steve's information on the new relinking of media was worth the watch alone.
And onto MacBreak Studio episode 152 where Mark and Steve discuss building a slider. When Mark kindly emailed us the links with the shows contents, we thought he was going to build a slider control in a rig in Motion. We were wrong! A slightly different tack on this show, but packed full of information as usual especially if you own a DSLR such as a Canon 5D or 7D.
As always thanks to Steve Martin and Mark Spencer, don't forget to check out their training books for FCPX and Motion.
