Building a night sky in Motion, adding an extra angle using 4K material in a FCPX multicam edit and smoothing skin in DaVinci Resolve. It's Tuesday so it's the Ripple tutorial roundup!

In this week's new episode of MacBreak Studio, Mark Spencer shows Steve Martin how to build a night sky scene from scratch using the built in tools and media in Motion.

Did you know there was a moon graphic in the supplied media? No, neither did we, but as you can imagine it features in the project that Mark constructs.

If you would like to watch more Motion tutorials from Mark, then this is a great time to head over to Ripple Training's brand spanking new website. Many great tutorials for Motion, FCPX and DaVinci Resolve.

Steve returns for his Final Cut Pro X 5 minute tutorial where he shows us the benefits of shooting 4K when editing a 1080 multicam project.

It's Mark who has the week off this time, so in his shoes, Alexis Van Hurkman returns to show us smoothing skin in DaVinci Resolve
