There are no deal breakers for me. What lacks I've found acceptable work arounds and hope to see these things addressed over time.
Xto7 is going to support XML to ProTools soon, as was announced at LAFCPUG. Wonder why it's not Logic Pro compatible, or maybe it will be. Atomos is putting FCPXML compatibility into their devices. Things are starting to take off.
AATranslator is coming out with a way for us to FCPXML to Logic Pro soon which will be a godsend for me, personally. Half my studio is music production and audio processing, all based on Logic Pro.
It "looks like" Sony's Sound Forge is coming to the Mac, also. And if it does I hope Sony has FCPXML support, too.

Deal breakers? None. Things I wish it had? Lots. But name me one NLE that has 100% of everything you'd want. Doesn't exist. FCP X simply has a speed in it's workflow that can't be beat.
And as a trainer, there were parts of 7 and earlier that were simply nightmares to teach people. And I've taught editors from major broadcast and cable news agencies. Everyone left the legacy classes telling me, and emailing me later, how much faster they were getting work turned around because the learned to use FCP "properly". If you want to be fast on any NLE, you have to get some proper training.
With FCP X, students pick up everything right away. It's fun to teach. And the feedback I get from the seasoned pros in my classes weeks later are all the same. They are having "fun" editing again, and are getting work done faster, and find themselves with more creative time rather than mechanical time.
* Are there things I'm not thrilled with? Yes in deed there are!
* Has Apple pissed me off as a user and a trainer? You better believe it!
* Are there any "deal breakers"? Not a single one. Still loving it. Hoping the future growth over it's second year supersedes the first.
Funny that on the Apple pro app forum they still use an icon of a row of old "Studio" boxes. You'd think they'd update that. Apple, love the products, the company is irritating.
