All of this)))
I like the whole style of it.
I'd like to know whether those shakes and "tape damages" are an effect, or there's a way to do it, but I just can't imagine how...
The part of a video means a credits footage linked - it's a part of a live dvd by BRMC.

Well it states that this video was shot on 16mm film (not video).

A lot of the effects seem to be the kinds of effects associated with the mis-projection of film (where the reel comes loose and that kind of thing). Probably they could have actually recorded a projection of the film while they harassed the reel, causing it to come lose, and mis tracked, causing light leaks and so forth.

There are some filters available in FCPX and other plug ins that can recreate this (though not as realistically). Plug Ins like M-Looks also have 8mm / 16mm effects that cause these artifacts (like dust and hairs, the film becoming mis aligned etc).

Probably you should also look at getting some light leaks and scratched film, or film leaders, film countdowns etc.

Like these examples:

But it looks like these guys are genuinely playing around with 16mm film reels and contact printing. If you have a look at some of the other videos on his vimeo site you will see he is experimenting with film reels:

Aha, I see
I'm just a "newcomer" to editing, so I've been thinking that's just a plug-in I'm installing and it does all this beauty itself))
Thanks for explaining and helping a rookie))))
one more question: what is mis-projection and how can it be done?

The links I provided above will work with FCPX and simulate the look you are aiming for.

I was just saying that the video you originally posted looks like they used real projected film effects. Mis projection would be where you actually project real film (in a projector) and then mess with it. If you are recording the results with another camera then you get these weird effects like burns, the film mis-spooling, and so on. The links I showed you simulate those effects without having to use real film.
