The effect starts at the 34 second mark and keeps going, its like some sort of transition but i have no idea how its done, someone please help and tell me how they keep the screen changing!!!!

It's basically just a picture in picture floating over the top, the other effect is a mirror. Not sure if there is one in FCP X but you could easily replicate using a Flop filter and going up a layer.

Yep, keyframing positions of clips on top of clips.
