Is there a way to determine the size of an event or events the same way we can with the library in the inspector?

It'd be nice to know before hand how large an event is so I know what size drive I'd need when transferring an event or events to a new library for another editor.

Is the media inside the event? Right-click on the library bundle and use Show package contents. You can then get info for the event folder.

I should have been more clear, but thanks for that Tom. I am aware of looking in the package, but wanted to know if it was somehow possible in FCP X particularly if the media is not in the event too. This would be a very helpful feature. I am not aware of any info inside of FCP X that'll tell the size of an event, but thought I'd ask on the forums just in case there's something I missed.

LOL - thanks. I actually have owned it for a while, but haven't used in a while and have never used it for this specific purpose; more at the library level. I see the event size reporting now. Too bad this isn't available in the inspector in FCP X like is shown for the library.
