Hi everyone, is there a way to recover a missing event?

I currently edit a project, and all the render files are intact on the library, when I look at the finder everything is in place, but when I open Final Cut, the event is nowhere to find.

I'm sure I am not deleting or moving the event.

I'm using Final Cut Pro X 10.1.3 on a 2014 iMac OSX 10.9.5

If the Event database is gone, it's gone. Look in your Final Cut Backups folder and get a previous version that still has the Event intact. By default, it is in the Movies folder.

Also, render files alone do you no good, you need the original media files.
