I never noticed if this next bit was like this before but if I slip with the animation editor open the keyframes don't move, the affect of them does, but I need to close and reopen the animation editor for them to update. Fingers crossed on a timeline strong concentration in 10.0.5

He is indeed referring to FCPX version 10.0.4 which as of yesterday conflicted with Magic Bullet Looks 2. Red Giant released an update to MBL2 that now works with FCPX 10.0.4.

I would be very interested to hear folks' experience with the new X and new Looks.

Just graded a clip with the updated 2.07 MBL2 and everything seemed to work fine. Did this from within FCPX roundtripping to MBL and back. I hadn't used MBL2 with 10.0.4 before Red Giant fixed it so I don't know what problems that caused, but so far so good.

Oh man this is a big bummer!!! I work with the Keyboard more then with mouse but still don't take the good option away just fix the bad ones.

Maybe, maybe one reason why the App more snappier?

I tried it out and there is no watermark so I guess it is registered ok. I'm very happy with Red Giants speed in sorting this update out! Bravo! MBL and FCPX seem to be a perfect match for me.

It seems that many users have similar but slightly different symptoms with all things FCPX and third party apps/plugins. I am inclined to believe that this is a hardware/OS environment specific thing.

In terms of the registration mark, I've had that from day one--or version 10.0.1 to precise. Never seemed to matter. Some report better, some report worse performance with the update.
