Move the CurrentVersion.fcpxproject file out of the folder, relaunch, force it to read from the backup db file.

‎* Improves image quality and responsiveness of broadcast monitoring with compatible third-party PCIe and Thunderbolt I/O devices.
* Improves performance of multicam syncing and editing.
* Adds language support for Simplified Chinese.

Like past updates, I'm sure there's little things in there Apple isn't mentioning, too.

AND, the "Apple Pro Training Series: Final Cut Pro X Advanced Editing" book is supposed to be released today, also. But Peachpit hasn't updated their web site yet.

And Apple's web site still refers to 10.0.3 as the latest version.

I can wait a little for new features, but I hope Apple made FCPX completely reliable.

Also, he has an update for an old app called Sync-N-Link that can do batch sync'ing for FCP X. http://assistedediting.intelligentassistance.com/Sync-N-Link-X/

When you ripple a shot, the tooltip in the timeline not only shows the amount trimmed, but the new duration of the trimmed shot. I can't see any other difference in the display. The dashboard shows the current time of the storyline.

In the Article on FCP.co it says: "it has been noted by Oliver Peters and others that 10.0.4 has caused some problems with inversion of plugins such as Magic Bullet and GenArts Sapphire Edge. "

Anyone know what this is, or where you can read the original info?

I had a fast internet connection today so I updated. But I'll need Magic Bullet next week for a music video edit; hope its still working!

In both filters' own interfaces the FCP X reference frame appears upside down. - Oliver Also a couple of people on twitter seeing the same problem
