Does anybody know if the latest FCPX (10.4) can import 60fps AVCHD footage? I usually shoot 24fps, and only occasionally 60fps (for slow mo). But I'm covering a day of steeplechase horse races and four in hand carriage rides, and my thought was to shoot the whole thing 60fps.

But I prefer not to transcode it with Aunsoft or Cineform because the resulting files are so huge, I'll need terabytes of space to store them. I am a pro stills shooter dabbling in video so pls excuse the newbie ignorance of this question. Bob
