Could anyone please give me an idea how to make subtitles in FCP X?

First, I'd do the Ripple Training core FCP X course.

You can use the Custom text template and move the text as you need, reformat as you need. There are some services and apps out that do professional subtitling and closed captioning if this is something you'll be doing regularly.

MacCaption is the best on the market. There are cheaper alternatives. I have one person I go to for all my sub-title and closed-captoined needs, since I don't do it often enough to invest in the software. You'll just have to do a web search.
