Setting up a new set of Keywords in a new Event. When I create a keyword folder and press the 'Key' icon the dialogue box appears but has keyword shortcuts from another existing Event in the same fields that I originally put them in. Question is if I delete them are they deleted globally and for the Event that they are present in.
Just seems strange having keyword collection data from another Event in a new Event.

Deleting the shortcuts doesn't affect any keywords you've already made. There are only nine keyboard shortcuts for keywords. They are part of your preferences not part of the event. Like customizing the keyboard. You just to delete them an put in new ones. Might be a nice feature request to link the shortcuts and make them event specific.

On the surface it can look a little confusing seeing past keywords in the keyword editor window. I think it would be less confusing if you just started with a blank canvas every time you started a new Event. That way you won't think you are deleting other keyword shortcuts.
