After working speedily yesterday doing a multi cam edit, today everything seems slow, dropped frames etc. Mind you my whole mac is running a bit slow.

What are the best maintenance routines for speeding up FCPX?

can't you post the bit after the http://www?

discovered the main reason it was slow though - forgot to switch proxies back on in the prefs - doh!
