Proper way of importing media OK, but why is such, for example, ClipWrap needed if I can import media directly into FCPX? And use it with no problems.

2gb graphics card, 1gb graphics card does it make a difference to how quick I can edit and render? Hello fellow fcpx users
I'm upgrading my old imac for a new one. The only option that I'm not entirely to sure on is, whether or not to stick to a 1gb graphics card or go for a 2gb graphics card.
