As usual, I managed to post the original of this effect in the main forum rather than here where it belongs (how many times have I done that already?!).

Here is a version that gives a much more typical Lomographic look:

However, I would say although the classic Lomo look is interesting I think there is definitely something very unusual about the original effect I posted. Personally I am starting to tire of the cross processed look (which is one of the Lomo characteristics) and the previous version which didn't have this seemed to stand out all the more for not having it (or the equally over-used vignetting).

But hey, what do I know?!
