Quick question... Can't seem to get the video to play correctly in the drop zone... Seems like the video keeps looping?

Hello Mark. I believe we are on a roll.

If you download Splitter again and install it you should now see an effect version in your effects browser instead of a generator. Just drop this on your media on the timeline and follow the same parameters as before.

I have downloaded and installed the amazing Splitter Tool twice but still
I only can use stills....movies do not move...tested it on 3 to 7 sec long snippets...
nothing happens...

You are correct the video does not play as intended. I have no clue what happened and I will look into it A.S.A.P.

In the meantime if you go to your Effects generator browser you will find inside of Motion Master Templates folder an effect labeled Splitter. I just tested the effect version and it works on video. This effect is the same as generator except you drop it onto the video layer and it has no limit on length of video. It seems the generator has a limitation on time so that is why I created an effect version for Splitter .

Thank you for pointing this bug to me. I may just discontinue the generator version since the effect seems to work much better.

Hello I also have updated the download. So now all that is downloaded is the Effect version of Splitter and not a Generator. I believe the Effect version is superior and better than the Generator version.
