Coremelt have added two new effects to their very popular Slice X plugin that features tracking powered by Mocha. They are also offering a discounted price on the plugin until July the 22nd.
We know from the feedback that we get that Slice X has been a very popular plugin for Final Cut Pro X users. Coremelt has listened to editors and added features such as the ability to keyframe points on a mask. Then of course at NAB they showed the next version of Slice X with the easy to use built in tracker that uses technology from Mocha.
The next version has just been released and two new plugins have been added into the Slice X collection. A skin touchup and pixelation effect have the same masking and tracking abilities as the other effects such as colour correction, blur, depth of field, object removal and vignettes.
The best news from Coremelt is that they are now offering Slice X at the discounted price of $99 (normally $149) for two weeks until July 22nd. There is also a free two week trial available.
Don't forget that Roger from Coremelt gave us a first hand demo of Slice X powered by Mocha at this year's NAB in Las Vegas. The video is below the new video that shows the new skin touchup and pixelation effects.
