I guess you don't want to go into NAB with broken video software
Little things, I find, are more significant than big things. The keyboard shortcuts for Timeline clip views will save me big chuncks of time over the course of a day or a week.
And bear in mind that the dev team is busting ass. I've worked in IT for software companies for many years in the past. That stuff ain't easy to do. The rate their pumping these updates out, it boggles my mind. Anyone who honestly understands software development on that scale, respects and admires what they're pulling off. Nothing short of miraculous. Something no other NLE developer has ever done before. So this update, with the new codecs (major work), bug fixes, stability fixes, that is tough, time consuming, exhausting work to do in a few short months. These updates, bug fixes or new features, are way ahead of what any other NLE developer is currently doing.
Just have to give due respect and thanks to the FCP dev team!
