Quick multicam and XML question... I'm editing on the road. Duplicate hard drive is back at office with assistant editor. Problem is we didn't make all multicam clips before duplicating hard drives. If I make a muticam clip on the road, then do an edit/project and send that project XML back to the office, will it include the new multicam clip when my assistant imports the XML? Or do all multicam clips need to be made prior to sharing XML?

Any help is much appreciated!

It makes a new multicam clip every time the XML is passed back and forth.

On our reality TV show, we've found XML to be a royal PITA. All editors and myself are remote to each other. We leave all media, cache, etc, as external. Then we pass the Library itself back and forth (via email or Dropbox), and not have any of the glitches, omissions, replications caused by XML. We hate the FCPXML right now.
