A spectral editor like the one found in iZotope RX 6 Advanced may help.

A lot of things nowadays could be achieved with deep machine learning / artificial intelligence. This should be tried with equalizers. Since Soundbooths spectral frequency analyzer I "see" unwanted frequencies in their own color, on their own "layer". And, sure enough, one can filter these frequencies and kill them manually. At the cost of affecting the other frequencies as well, because they always interfere to some extend. Human perception can blend them out perfectly, and so should software.

Just imagine: a real smart EQ, splitting up a recording in individual "tracks" or stems (with no gaps, because these were intelligently interpolated) that could subsequently be treated on their own. You'd never use anything else.

Until someone invents this, we must record clean audio. iZotope is awesome, a precision tool, but it's expensive and not easy to use.

For simple cases where the noise falls between words you can cut and paste ambient sound in FCPX to cover that. (This isn't that case). MacBreak Studio #393 discusses this:

Where it's narrow-band noise such as a door hinge squeaking or a cell phone ringing, a novice can fix that using iZotope RX6, even if it covers spoken dialog.

Where it's broad-band noise that blankets dialog, this requires iZotope RX6 or Advanced, and a skilled audio editing technician. Cases like this can often be fixed almost perfectly but it requires an experienced technician.

As Axel said it's much better to record it properly in the field. It is expensive and time consuming to fix things like this in post. This is why it's best to have a field audio technician monitoring everything, If he hears something like this he'll signal the interviewer to have the subject repeat the phrase or sentence. If you examine small field video teams, they usually have an audio technician monitoring a multichannel recorder. This is not always possible but doing so solves many problems.

I don't see a lav mic on the subject. Maybe there was a shotgun mic just out of the frame, or maybe it was on the camera. Ideally you want a highly directional shotgun mic on a boom operated by a skilled technician. The off-axis rejection will damp out lots of problems like this. If that's not possible use a wireless lav mic that's properly positioned on the subject.

Thanks. But the video tip its for simple problems, and when we can " replace with ambient noise" . But it not works in this case ... the noise overlaps the speech. Well, i fixed it with izotope rx6 demo.
