Is it possible to get free music to use in video?
I want to avoid the video being shut down because I used with improper permissions.
I'm sure there are sites for this but thought I'd start with the experts.
Thanks

Owen

I would suggest that you get what you pay for. You might look at audiojungle.com where they have many of their tracks available for around $19. That's not much to pay for the piece of mind that Youtube won't flag your video. Good luck.

Hi Owen
There is lots of royalty/copyright free music available out there including YouTube channel for audio libraries.
support.google.com/youtube/answer/3376882?hl=en
One benefit of using Google/YouTube downloads is you will not get flagged for copyright violations.

Search for royalty free music, Creative Commons music, etc… and you will discover lots of music/sound files.
Hope this Helps, Greg

You can also check out Youtube.com/audiolibrary for a bunch of free tracks that are provided by YouTube (as submitted by artists).

Those will definitely not get taken down. Not always the best stuff there but as JarrodMFay mentioned above, you get what you pay for.

Best of luck!
