I have a one camera video of a stage production that has one channel from the house feed and the second from a mic in the back of the house. I need to slip the second channel forward 4 frames so the audio is in sync with the mics on the stage. I can do it with Detaching or breaking apart, but I want the 2 chs of audio to stay linked with the video. Any suggestions?

Select the clip i and use the Open Clip function. Inside the clip container, select the audio and use Break Apart. You can shift the channels there.
