I need to brighten the eyes only on a video I'm working with, is there a plugin that can track eyes?

If not, what's the best option for tracking colour adjustments? How the the more general tracking software (Chromatic etc) handle blinks etc, I guess I have to manually track only between blinks?

Anyone have any suggestions on how to go about this?

Yes Coremelt Paint X, Chromatic or Slice/TrackX
or (which I prefer these day) ColorFInale2.
Also cheaper versions are Pixel film trackers (I think, haven't checked prices lately).
Either you use a tracker to track a copy of your clip with a brighter setting and masked or you use Chromatic or ColorFInale2 to track a mask on a layer that brightens (curves or colour wheels)

Ah, I actually own PaintX... maybe I give it a whirl... however, dealing with every blink seems like a manual thing so it's beyond the scope of this project...
