Electronica Style Music For Your Film

If Electronica style music will add value to your film or commercial, Brian Hazard of Color Theory has generously offered to provide his tracks. He's a big fan of Depeche Mode & similar, so his soundtracks reflect that genre.

Thats looks cool Trix. But I am just wondering about one thing: I can see where you can get some free downloads of his music, but I cant find any info about whether the tracks are royalty-free? From what I can gather the tracks are free downloads to listen to, but not necessarily for use in projects. Unless I missed something, in which case could you point me to it?
