FCP7 Projects Disappeared

Ok, so I was working on FCP7 and decided to save. However, when I went to save I did "Command W" instead of "Command S" by accident. I freaked out for a second but figured it was alright so I went to Window to show the timeline and canvas again (Those are what disappeared) but I noticed it wouldn't let me check them, so I freaked out again. I than decided to re-open the project but the canvas and timeline didn't return, and now begins the panic... I quit FCP7 in hope that when I re-open it everything would return, but it didn't. I was working on a 3 part video all around 1 hour and 8 minutes long. Please, can anyone help me out because I can't figure out how to bring them back, I would hate to lose all of that work.

Have you double clicked the sequence from the browser?

Check your Auto Save Vault folder.

Have you tried resetting the whole window layout rather than just trying open the timeline and canvas window again?

Also, at worst you could try trashing your FCP preferences which should reset everything including window layout.

Control-U if your windows ever mess up in version 7 or earlier.
