Hi,
I just loaded up Color Corrector 3-way on a shot i.e dropped the filter on the shot. I then went to change the controls but it doesn't seem to be affecting the shot. Can you tell me why this is? Am I missing a step?

You applied it to the Timeline version of the clip, thus, you have to double-click the Timeline version (copy) to open it into the Viewer. Otherwise you may be looking at the Browser version. They do not effect each other at all.
Look in the Scrub Bar under the Viewer. If it has two horizontal rows of dots (supposed to resemble film perforations), it is the copy committed to your film, or in other words, the one in the Timeline/Sequence. If the scrub bar does not have those dots, then you are viewing a Browser version, which has no effect on the Timeline copy.
