I will state I know that there are post about this, but none of them really answer what I am looking for.

So I am looking for plug ins for FCP7 that are free. Any I will greatly appreciate.

One in particular is a tilt/shift plug-in. I know CrumplePop had a free one, but that was a year ago.

Maybe I'm asking a dumb question, but if anyone knows of a free one let me know.

It actually is a mega simple effect to create manually. The procedure is exactly the same in any app.
