Reconnect error - in and out points of media shift

first post in this forum. Any help is welcome

I'm having some reconnect errors and I'm hoping I can explain them well.

When I finish editing a session, I run media manager to package off the session.

I find that when I re-open the new MM'd session several of my audio clips have their in and out points moved. Physically the timeline looks identical, but audio will start mid-sentence and clip off.

All the media files are present in the new MEDIA folder, but why the shift?


I've been having some file permission issues on our server here at work, the same server that I pull off some of these sessions. Do you think it could be the issue?
