FCP 7 - Gaussian Blur Background was created by van Vuuren

Hi Folks!

Anybody got tutorial or video on How to Blur the Background of a talking head? Do you even get decent results when you attempt this in FCP 7? I'm not a Motion expert.

Thanks!

Jake
