Hi, is there a solid workflow - is it possible and not be hit with a wall of work arounds - to edit GoPro Hero 8 native clips in Final Cut Pro 7.0.3 (I have the Final Cut Studio for that version). I'm on MAC OSX 10.6.8 (and 10.12x) 2010 Mac Pro, 32GB RAM, ATI Radeon 5870.

I just want to do some small personal projects and don't want to buy new software and learn new software.

Thanks for any info you can add...

still working on this, found promising youtube tutorial
uses Apple Compressor, MPEG Streamclip (download free off the GoPro website, per the GoPro tutorial below)

I will check back in and update as I figure it out pro or con
