check the effect exactly on 20 sec, three video at a time or one video but separated in different section i want to know how it had been made there ?

You could just copy video tracks and do it the "old Skool" way of just resizing each clip, which is stacked on top of each other in the timeline. It can give you the same effect. You can then control the dissolve time of each clip rather than motion. How it has been shot has more to do with it.
