A very simple template but a few people have been asking recently how to make an underline or a straight line in FCPX and this makes it quite a lot easier than the other workarounds.
WITHDRAWN
Create a simple straight line, either horizontal or vertical.
Choose the color, thickness, length and opacity.
Choose the type of start/end cap from square, round, bevel or arrow.
Adjust the position using the onscreen control (or via the Inspector).
Adjust the shear and rotation.
