I ordered the upgrade to SliceX w Mocha over two weeks ago and am still to receive my key license. Is this normal behaviour for CoreMelt time wise? Also a number of emails to support have been sent (3)
Last week was NAB Show, and they were all there, and that tends to slow down tech support for a lot of vendors. Normally you should have an email with your license number very shortly after your order has been verified. Be sure it's not going to a junk/spam folder. Now that NAB is over, I'd try contacting them again. I'll drop Roger a note to let him know, also.
You mention an "upgrade" and upgrades don't require any additional license numbers, you just install the latest version and that's it.
