***Updated***

If you are one of the lucky people to be working with 4K Sony SR footage, then you will like the news that they have just released an import plugin for FCPX and Final Cut Pro 7.

We feature many new products here on FCP.co, but we thought it was time to post a range of new free tutorials for FCPX and Motion5 that have been published so far this year. Lots in there for Final Cut Pro X and Motion.

A few new plugins to catch up on after a busy week on the FCP.co campus. A mirror effect plugin for FCPX and a plugin that can change the weather with one click.

Vimeo is back up! Which means we can continue to write about new products that need to have a demo video to accompany the story. Cineflare have launched Spectrum, a $99 pack of looks and tools for FCPX.

After a run of media management tips, it is good to see Steve and Mark back to the creating side of things. This week they are looking at moving a keyframed motion path without moving keyframes. Does that make sense?

It is already a bumper month for FCPX plugins and these four new products from Reelpath, Nattress and Pixel Film Studios get added to the list today. Moving picture in picture effects, bouncing and shatter transitions and a good 'ol film look.

Whatever you had planned for the next hour, cancel it. These superb walk-though tutorials from Magic Feather Inc show the workflow from start to finish of cutting a TV trail. See Final Cut Pro X up close and in action working on shared storage. Great information, great tips and a great watch.

A bunch of new plugins have been released with the latest update to FxFactory from Noise Industries. New plugins from Ripple, Luca, SquidFX, Tokyo, an update from PHYX and a freebie.

It seems like Pixel Film Studios are releasing new plugins every other day! Their latest is a transition pack called Transflare and we have a 25% off coupon code for this and all of the rest of their plugins.

The very flexible realtime video and graphics compositing tool Conduit has an exciting new lease of life. It is now called PixelConduit, it works in FCPX and it is now free.
